2020 Annual Conference Registration

The 2020 Ohio Aviation Association Annual Conference will be bringing you news, insights, and knowledge to aide Ohio airports in "OAA 2020: A Flight Plan for Tomorrow!"  From funding updates, legislative news, and topics to help manage today's airports, you won't want to miss the 2020 conference!  Read below for all the details. Check back frequently as we add more speakers and events!

Registration:

The 2020 Annual Conference registration is open!  Registration is only available via the Online Registration Form!

Fees are based on Member Type and registration dates. The registration date refers to the date you complete your online registration. If paying by check, your payment must be postmarked by April 30th. If paying with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added.  Registrations beginning on May 1 and later must use a credit card. 

Registration fees are as follows:

Student Members: $0

May 14 and Later $420 $545
 
*Supporter Members do not receive the discount of other member categories.

Attention Students: To encourage the future of aviation, there is no cost for your attendance at the annual conference.  By registering for the conference, you are acknowledging that any costs associated with transportation to/from, accommodations, purchases at the conference, etc. are your sole responsibility. OAA will provide for the admission into the conference, sessions, scheduled food, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only considered when submitted in writing to [email protected] prior to April 30, 2020, minus a $25 processing fee. No registration refund requests will be honored after April 30, 2020.
