2021 Annual Conference Details 

 

"OAA 2021: Ohio Aviation Strong!"

As each airport, state, and country, continue to recover from the pandemic, it is important to remind each other that we are stronger together. We made it through the crisis by connecting virtually, sharing news and information, and working towards a brighter future all while keeping our doors open to the public!  Airports are not in this alone. It takes the proverbial 'village' to ensure our projects move forward, fuel is pumped, and aircraft continue to fly safely in and out of Ohio's airports!  Thank you to Ohio Aviation Association's village!  

Join us in August to continue sharpening your skills and knowledge!  The 2021 Ohio Aviation Association Annual Conference will be bringing you news, insights, and knowledge to aid Ohio airports, virtually!  From funding updates, useful tips for engaging your community, and topics to help manage today's airports, you won't want to miss the 2021 virtual conference!  Read below for all the details. 

 


 

Conference Dates/Times

Based on feedback from the 2020 virtual conference, we heard that you didn't want full-day sessions! Based on that input, the 2021 conference will be held over several partial days, as follows:

    • Monday 8/23: 8:45 am- 12:30 pm
    • Tuesday 8/24: 1:00 pm to 4:45 pm
    • Wednesday 8/25: 8:45 am to 12:30 pm; Annual Awards Presentation at 12:30 pm
    • Thursday 8/26: 1 pm to 4:45 pm

      **There is a limited availability opportunity for an add-on Leadership Training which is scheduled for the mornings of 8/26 and 8/27.  See the Program Details below for additional information.

Conference Add-On: Leadership Development Workshops!

The recent pandemic made it difficult to continue certain employee and leadership training opportunities for many of our members. To help our members address this need in a low-cost, time considerate fashion, OAA has teamed with Mindy Price of Direct Effect Solutions to offer an add-on option for the 2021 Annual Conference to OAA Members Only!  All workshops are included in one low-cost add-on option.  Register early because space is limited!  For additional detailed workshop descriptions, click HERE. Registration opens on June 1, 2021.  Registration fees are per person, not per organization.  Fees are as follows:

Notes:
1) Registrations after August 6th must be processed online with a credit card only; no invoicing will be available.
2) Refund requests will be honored through July 31. All refunds must be requested via email to [email protected]
3) Conference registration via credit card is subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.  These fees are non-refundable.
